Sorcerer's Eulogy - Catabasis

The Story:

Every nation in Karthatirio has  its own cast of champions. The Silver Dominion has its Paladins, the Great Northern Houses have their Headhunters, and the Empire has Sorcerers.

You are one such sorcerer, and you do not belong in this world. First you were hunted. Then kept on a short leash by the very Empire you are supposed to die for.

Will you remain a loyal hound or will you bite the hand that feeds you like a rabid stray?

Characters:

The Sorcerer (MC):

Do they blindly follow their superiors into battle? Do they commit atrocities without a second thought? Will they ever uncover the mystery behind their strange origin? Do all roads in the end lead to the same place?

Commander Claudius Ashbridge:

The man who saved you from execution. An older secondborne whose loyalty to his men is only superseded by his loyalty to his Empire. 

Agrippa:

The son of a secondborne blacksmith who has risen to be the defacto leader and figure head of the rebellion. Will you let yourself be consumed by his ambition?

Captain Secunda:

Formerly an imperial captain now a traitor to the Empire.  Is she a reluctant ally? A kindred spirit? Or something else entirely?
